Cherished Companions Home Care is a mission based, non-medical home care agency located in Chagrin Falls that provides in-home care to the elderly. As a Client Care Manager, you will be your client’s concierge and your caregiver’s leader. Required Skills: • Creativity • Excellent written & verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail • Time management with the ability to meet deadlines • Strong interpersonal skills • Comfortable with computers • Customer support experience Responsibilities include: • Leading, managing & scheduling Caregivers • Customer service/support • Administrative duties • Quarterly site visits to clients (must be willing to drive) • Client/Caregiver relations • On-call (handling call offs & emergency situations) M-F 9-5 with rotating on-call schedule that includes weeknights and weekends.
