Parkside Counseling

For Parkside Members or Regular Attenders

Step 1: Begin by downloading the required paperwork and information here.
Step 2: Submit completed paperwork via email to Meghan McDevitt or mail to: Parkside Church, 7100 Pettibone Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023
Step 3: Parkside will notify you that we've received your paperwork and will begin the process of matching you with a counselor.

Fieldstone Counseling

For anyone (member, attender, or general public) dealing with more complex life situations or longer-term assistance with patterns of behavior
