Frequently Asked Questions
Why is Truth For Life no longer streaming Parkside Church’s Sunday morning services when Alistair is preaching?
Truth For Life’s mission is to teach the Bible with clarity and relevance so that unbelievers will be converted, believers will be established, and local churches will be strengthened. Truth For Life's desire is to come alongside the local church, not to replace it in any way. The international livestream of Sunday morning worship by Truth For Life may unintentionally detract from local church attendance, membership, and involvement.
I'm used to watching through the Truth For Life channels. What do I need to do to watch through Parkside Church?
Four Ways to Watch
- Subscribe to the Parkside Church Youtube page: www.youtube.com/c/parksidechurch
- Follow us on Facebook, where you will be notified when we are live: www.facebook.com/parksidechurchbainbridge
- Visit our website at 9:45 a.m. eastern on Sundays and click on the red "Service is Live" button
- Download the Parkside App, and click on "Livestream and Sermons"
Parkside is my local church, how does this impact me?
The full service livestream will be available for viewing on every channel for 24 hours, and we encourage you to watch if you are unable to attend in person. Sermons will be posted and available to watch as always, and will be posted during the week following the service.
What if I can’t gather with my local church due to the pandemic or I don't have a local church?
You are always welcome to watch Parkside's livestream. If your local church isn’t gathering in person, we encourage you to participate in whatever way your local church has established during the pandemic and then utilize Parkside's livestream. Will I still be able to watch the Sunday sermons?
Yes. As always, the sermon from the previous Sunday will still be available to view early during the following week on both the Parkside Church and Truth For Life websites. You can access it through the Parkside mobile app, by clicking on "livestream and sermons" or find it on our website here. Alistair’s full sermon will also be available on our YouTube page.
Will Truth For Life still stream other live events from Parkside Church?
Truth For Life may livestream other events in the future through truthforlife.org/live and various other online outlets, but the last Sunday service livestream will be January 31, 2021.
