Details: Patti will be in Dallas, Texas, on the weekend of April 4, helping establish a "Share-the-Care" group for Mark's sister Margaret. Patti writes, "Margaret and I have a special relationship. I had the privilege of discipling her through college and being good friends with her before Mark and I realized we were more than just friends." Now, Margaret anticipates needing more help as she enters what may be the homestretch of her cancer journey. Pray that Patti will be an encouragement, and that God will put together a great team to help Margaret in the months ahead. Pray for the eight Quechua pastors that Mark worked with last month and will be working with again in May. This month, they are in their respective communities reading and hopefully teaching the chapters that they translated in March. Pray for God's Word to impact their lives and ministries as they interact with it daily. Slovenia (Europe). Population: 2,118,965 Believers: 0.1%. Slovenia has had a Protestant witness since the Reformation, but it still has very few evangelical churches and needs church-planting teams. The very small evangelical population is divided by ethnic group. Pray for unity and for an evangelical alliance to unite the churches. Most congregations lack a full-time pastor and need outside financial assistance. Pray for Slovene believers to evangelize their country, to support their pastors, and even to send missionaries!
