- Details: Wes and Nancy send their greetings and are grateful for their long-term relationship with Parkside. Wes recalls Parkside trips to visit them in Comitancillo, Guatemala, and shares that seeds are still being planted and Christians are growing in Christ. Pray for their ministry partners, Byron and Miriam, and Samuel and Maria, as they faithfully spread the gospel there among the Mam people. Pray for Wes and Nancy as they continue to deal with the challenges of Wes’ Parkinson’s disease, especially the memory issues. Denmark (Europe). Population: 5,939,695 Believers: 3.5%. Denmark retains a core of Christian traditions and values in its social laws and values. And Danes began to show more openness to spiritual things in recent years. But over half the population is agnostic or atheist by some reports. And many people’s spiritual search does not lead them to Christian faith and the Church.
