Details: March 3-22, Mark will be working with the group representing four related Quechua languages. They hope, with God’s help, to adapt Genesis 22 through 32. Mark will be in Ohio while they gather in Huanuco, Peru. Mark and Patti took equipment down in January to help facilitate working from a distance. Pray that the technology works to keep both sides clearly communicating with each other. Pray for each of the men involved to grow in their ability to read (and write) their own language. This is a first for most of them and is so important! Nepal (Asia). Population: 31,240,315 Believers: 2.8%. Freedom of religion is guaranteed by law, but only in limited measures. Non-Hindus cannot proselytize. If they do, they risk fines, imprisonment, and in the case of expatriates, expulsion. Despite this law, the church in Nepal grows because of courageous evangelism.
