E and J recently had to quarantine when their teammate tested positive, which meant language lessons online and a shift in childcare without a babysitter. Pray that they will continue to make progress in language learning. Jordan (Asia). Population: 7,518,599 Believers: 0.3%. Religious freedom could be a casualty amid rising religious tensions. This nation is a center for many Christian activities and ministries, and much Christian work in the Middle East would suffer were a setback to occur in Jordan. A number of converts find life difficult—pressure comes from family, work, and society. Emigration is often seen as an obvious and safe option.
