- Details: Pray for all the families as kids return to school. Pray for all the teachers and other workers in the school system from their congregation who are returning to work. Pray for the children who will move up to new classrooms for Sunday school and for those moving up into youth group. Matt Montonini will kick off his Sunday morning men and women's adult class on the book of Job. Pray for him and those he will be teaching. Continue to pray for the Bible studies and community teams that meet regularly in the church and in the community. Qatar (Asia). Population: 2,737,061 Believers: 1.0%. Almost every Qatari follows Islam, whether they are from Arab, Persian, or Bantu (former slave) backgrounds. Pray that Qataris at home and abroad would hear about Jesus, and for the birth of a Qatari Church. Expatriate workers come from many nations. Pray for Christians to take employment opportunities (from manual labor to executive positions) to increase the presence of God’s Kingdom in Qatar.
