Honor Your Father and Mother

Morning Service
Jun 16, 2019

How we think about God will shape how we live. In this message, we take a closer look at the fifth commandment which calls us to honor our parents. Broken by sin, no family is perfect. Yet, as parents and as children, we reflect God’s character by upholding His standards. Both authority and submission are truly effective only when grounded in wisdom and love. Honoring His Father at the cross, Jesus set the ultimate example for all to follow.

Exodus 20:1-21
