Jesus is a Unique King
The contrast could not be greater - Jesus riding a young donkey into Jerusalem amid palm-waving crowds, versus the pomp and glamour typically on display when a king enters a city. In many ways, our Lord did not fit the typical pattern of earthly leaders, and this message explores how His uniqueness relates to His mission: though He was uniquely in control and worthy to reign, He chose humility and rejection in order to redeem us from sin.
