Simeon was a faithful man who trusted that God would be faithful to all of his promises.  When Mary and Joseph brought Jesus to the temple, Simeon recognized and embraced him, not only as the source of his own peace, but as the Messiah who would be the glory of Israel and the light of the world.  In this message from Luke 2:29-32, Alistair Begg encourages each of us to embrace the Lord Jesus as Simeon did, finding in him the fulfillment of all that God has promised.
