    PKS Profile Membership Course

    11:15 a.m.—

    Parkside Profile is a three-week course that gives an overview of who we are and what we believe as a church. This is an ideal class for those who are new to Parkside or for those who have been attending for some time and would like to become a member of the church. At the end of the three classes, individuals may fill out an application and begin the process of becoming a member. Attending the class does not obligate you to join, but it is required for membership The class typically meets on Sundays at 11:15am in Room 224 and is held the first three Sundays of each month. The classes do not need to be completed sequentially and you do not need to pre-register to attend.

    Faithful Friends, Jr. Meeting

    4:30 p.m.— 5:30 p.m.

    Thre will be a meeting regarding the Faithful Friends, Jr. ministry this Sunday, Sept. 15th in room 211. Refreshments will be provided.

    Kids of the Kingdom

    6 p.m.— 7 p.m.

    Kids of the Kingdom is our evening program for children age 3 thru 3rd grade. Children meet in a large group for prayer, singing, and missions emphasis and then break into smaller groups for Bible lessons and age-appropriate activities. Parents sign-in children in the hallway outside of Fellowship Hall. Children join their parents for the beginning of evening worship 7 dismissed to KoK by the Pastor. Children will be picked up from a designated room.

    Aurora Manor September Songfest

    6:15 p.m.— 7:15 p.m.

    Come join us in serving the nursing home residents at Aurora Manor with a time of prayer and praise on Monday September 16th from 6:15-7:15pm!

    Men's Evening Bible Study

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    The Monday evening bible studies begin with a large teaching time followed by breakouts into small groups for discussion, fellowship and prayer. We will be studying the Book of Isaiah. The cost is $5 for the study guide and an additional $5 for a Journeyman notebook. Men of all ages and stages of life are encouraged to attend. We meet on Monday evenings from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

    Women's Evening Bible Study

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    The Tuesday evening Bible studies begin with a large teaching time followed by breakouts into small groups for discussion, fellowship and prayer. We will be studying the Book of Isaiah. The cost is $5 for the study guide and an additional $5 for an Essence notebook. There is no childcare for the Tuesday evening Bible studies. Women of all ages and stages of life are encouraged to attend. We meet on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

    Standpoint Guys' Bible Study

    6:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Join our Guys' Small Group Bible Study where we meet to study the word of God together in a discussion-oriented environment. Our group meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month in Chagrin Falls.

    Men's Morning Bible Study

    6:30 a.m.— 7:30 a.m.

    We will be studying the Book of Isaiah beginning Thursday morning September 12 at 6:30 a.m. in Fellowship Hall. This is a great way to start your day with other men. We will meet from 6:30-7:30 a.m. so you can get to work on time. Coffee and continental breakfast will be provided. The cost for the study guide is $5 and a Journeyman notebook is available for an additional $5.

    Women's Morning Bible Study

    9:30 a.m.— 11:30 a.m.

    The Thursday morning Bible studies begin with a large teaching time followed by breakouts into small groups for discussion, fellowship and prayer. We will be studying the Book of Isaiah. The cost is $5 for the study guide and an additional $5 for an Essence notebook. There is free childcare available for newborns through age 5 only. It is understood that each participant will take a turn in the nursery to "share the load" and serve one another. Women of all ages and stages of life are encouraged to attend. We meet on Thursday mornings from 9:30-11:30 a.m. This study is also geared toward Moms who home-school their children. A program is available in the Lower Level for those children to also study God's Word at no extra charge as long as Mom is enrolled in the Women's study.

    GEO Kidz Kick-Off

    6 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.

    We will kick off our mid-week GEO Kidz program with a pasta dinner in Fellowship Hall. Children can be registered this night for $15 per child.

    Habitat for Humanity Benefit Golf Outing

    9 a.m.— 2 p.m.

    All money raised will be donated to Geauga County Habitat for Humanity to assist with their home rebuilding program in Geauga County.

    The next three-week baptism course begins on Sunday, September 8. It meets during the 9:45am service in room 204. There is no need to pre-register for this course.

    Single Mom's Picnic

    12:30 p.m.— 3 p.m.

    All single moms and their children are invited to attend a cookout. There is no cost to attend but please RSVP to Theresa at 216-659-7324.
