    Christmas Benevolence Project

    Parkside Church desires to share the joy of Christmas with families in need, both in the Cleveland area and our surrounding community, by purchasing essentials and Christmas gifts for children in these families. Our goal is to offer families hope during the holiday season: the hope that comes from generosity, and the hope that comes from Jesus.

    Student Life Groups

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Student Life Groups are the small group portion of the high school ministry split up by gender and grade. Student Life Groups meet in local area homes in place of Student Impact on the first Thursday of every month.

    Christmas Concert Rehearsal

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Christmas Concert Choir Rehearsals for 2016 start on Sept. 29 in the Parkside Choir room! There is no audition necessary. Please contact Sandy Mansell (440-708-2108) in the church office to receive the Christmas Concert Choir email with all the details.

    GEO Kidz Meeting

    7 p.m.— 8:15 p.m.

    GEO Kidz is our mid-week children's ministry for girls and boys in grades 1-5. GEO Kidz maintains a focus on personal Christian growth, friendship, service outreach and evangelism as we seek to see unbelieving children become committed followers of Jesus Christ.

    Sojourners Christmas Celebration 2016

    6:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Adults of all ages are invited to come for a festive time of Christmas celebration on Friday, December 2nd at 6:30 pm in The Commons.Bonnie Cook and friends will lead us through a presentation of Christ's birth using word and song. A catered dinner will be served. Cost is $10.00.

    Sunday Morning Groups

    9 a.m.

    Our Sunday morning groups are an opportunity to learn and fellowship together with a smaller group of people from various life stages. Each group is taught by a member of our pastoral team.

    Children's Music Ministry

    9 a.m.— 9:30 a.m.

    Children's Music Ministry is open to all children from age 4 through 5th grade who love to sing. Reading ability is helpful but not required.

    U-Turn

    9:45 a.m.— 11 a.m.

    U-turn is the Sunday morning middle school gathering which takes place in the lower level of the Commons, room B020, during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.

    Cancer Support Group

    11:15 a.m.— 12:15 p.m.

    The Cancer Support Group is a monthly care group for people whose lives have been affected by cancer. Meetings consist of a time of encouragement, sharing and prayer. Refreshments are provided. The Cancer Support Group is free and open to the public.

    Cancer Support Christmas Lunch

    noon— 1:30 p.m.

    Cancer patients, survivors, and their families are invited to join us for a Christmas lunch on Dec. 4 at noon in Room B020/B021. Main dishes and beverages will be provided. Bring an appetizer or side dish to share.

    Missions Prayer Time

    5 p.m.— 5:45 p.m.

    A weekly prayer meeting is held on Sunday evenings from 5-5:45 pm. Each week focuses on a different missionary family or missionary partner. Come join us as we partner with our missionaries by praying regularly for them.
