    Powerhouse Groups

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Powerhouse groups are the small group portion of the middle school ministry split up by gender and grade. During the academic school year, Powerhouse groups meet in local area homes in place of Club JV on the first Tuesday of every month.

    Women's Evening Bible Study

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    All women are invited to our Tuesday Evening Bible Studies that meet in The Venue from 7-9pm. We will be studying Hebrews. We meet in the Venue from 7-8pm for a large group teaching time and then break into small groups for discussion, prayer and fellowship from 8-9pm. Refreshments are available at each study. You can register on-line or the first evening you attend study. Cost is $10 for the study and an additional $5 if you would like a notebook.

    Transit Young Adults Group

    7:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Parkside's Transit ministry is designed for young adults, single or married, ages 22-35. We offer a smaller-scale, mid-week, age-targeted contemporary worship event on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm, at the Loft.

    Men's Morning Bible Study

    6:30 a.m.— 7:30 a.m.

    All men are invited to our Thursday Morning Bible Studies that meet in The Venue from 6:30-7:30am. We will be studying Hebrews. This is a great time to study the Bible with other men at the start of the day before heading off to work. A continental breakfast and coffee will be served at each study. You can register on-line or the first morning you attend study. Cost is $10 for the study and an additional $5 if you would like a notebook.

    9:30 a.m.— 11:30 a.m.

    All women are invited to our Thursday Morning Bible Studies that meet in The Venue from 9:30-11:30am. We will be studying Hebrews. We meet in the Venue from 9:30-10:30 for a large group teaching time and then break into small groups for discussion, prayer and fellowship from 10:30-11:30. Refreshments are available at each study. You can register on-line or the first morning you attend study. Cost is $10 for the study and an additional $5 if you would like a notebook. There is free childcare for children from birth through age 5. We request that each attendee "take a turn" in the nursery each week to share the childcare duties so all can attend. We also offer a home-school program for children who are taught the study at their age appropriate level. They meet in the lower level of the Children's Wing. All home schooled children are welcome as long as Mom is registered in the main study.

    Single Moms' 2016 Winter Session

    6:30 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.

    The Single Moms' Care Group winter session will meet for eight weeks beginning January 28 and will be using the book/DVD series titled,

    Student Life Groups are the small group portion of the high school ministry split up by gender and grade. During the academic school year, Student Life Groups meet in local area homes in place of Student Impact on the first Thursday of every month.

    GEO Kidz Meeting

    7 p.m.— 8:15 p.m.

    GEO Kidz meet bi-weekly starting October 1st thru May 5th on Thursday evenings beginning at 7pm. GEO meets in the lower level of the Children's Wing and we suggest you bring your Bible and your GEO notebook to each meeting. Snacks are provided.

    Finding Freedom Care Group

    7 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.

    Finding Freedom is a 10-week discussion group for those struggling to experience freedom in Christ, whether from unhelpful patterns in their life or severe addiction.

    Dealing with Divorce: The Seminar Series

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Dealing with Divorce will present a seven-week seminar series which will feature a different divorce-related topic and speaker each week. Childcare will be available and there is no cost to attend.

    An informal time for those who have been through our Grieving With Hope care group to catch-up with each other and enjoy refreshments.

    GEO Kidz/Sojourners Breakfast

    7:30 a.m.— 10:30 a.m.

    The GEO Kidz will be serving the Sojourners a free breakfast Saturday, March 5th. We will begin preparing the breakfast items at 7:30 and will be cleaned up before noon. This is a wonderful service project to seniors in our church and those invited by their Parkside friends as an outreach.

    Sojourners/GEO Kidz Pancake Breakfast

    9 a.m.— 10 a.m.

    Anyone age 50+ is invited to a free pancake breakfast provided by the kids and parents involved in our GEO Kidz ministry.

    Sunday Morning Groups

    9 a.m.

    Our Sunday morning groups are an opportunity to learn and fellowship together with a smaller group of people from various life stages. Each group is taught by a member of our pastoral team.

    Children's Music Ministry

    9 a.m.— 9:30 a.m.

    Children ages 4-12 are welcome to join at any time. Rehearsals take place on Sundays from 9:00-9:30am in C001. Rehearsal dates, nursing home visits, and special events are communicated via email, so please contact Kelly Monday to be added to our music ministry list. We look forward to seeing many smiling faces & hearing joyful voices this year!

    U-Turn

    9:45 a.m.— 11 a.m.

    U-turn is the Sunday morning middle school gathering which takes place in the lower level of the Commons B020, during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.

    Student Body is the Sunday morning high school gathering which takes place in The Venue during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.

    Cancer Support Group

    11:15 a.m.— 12:15 p.m.

    The Cancer Support Group is a monthly care group for people whose lives have been affected by cancer. Meetings consist of a time of encouragement, sharing and prayer. Refreshments are provided. The Cancer Support Group is free and open to the public.

    Mission Kids

    6 p.m.— 7 p.m.

    Our Sunday Evening children's program, Mission Kids is for children age 3-5th grade. Mission Kids activities include Bible Time, worship, small groups, Bible memorization, activity time, and missions focus. All children must be checked in at a kiosk before attending Mission Kids; parents pick up their children from designated classrooms in the Children's Wing lower level.
