    Student Life Groups

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Student Life Groups are the small group portion of the high school ministry split up by gender and grade. Student Life Groups meet in local area homes in place of Student Impact on the first Thursday of every month.

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Powerhouse Groups are the small group portion of the middle school ministry split up by gender and grade. Powerhouse groups meet in local area homes in place of Club JV on the first Tuesday of every month September 2016 through June 2017.

    Talking w/Terry Pluto

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Terry Pluto, Faith & Sports Columnist, will be at Parkside September 7th, in the Venue, on Wednesday evening at 7:00pm. All men are invited and encouraged to bring a friend for a great talk geared toward men's issues, sports, and a great gospel presentation. A full chicken dinner will be provided and a $5 suggested donation is requested to cover the cost of the meal.

    Transit Young Adults Group

    7:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Parkside's Transit ministry is designed for young adults, single or married, ages 22-35. We offer a smaller-scale, mid-week, age-targeted contemporary worship event on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm, at the Loft.

    Parents' Night Out

    6 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    We offer respite care for families of children with special needs on the 2nd Friday of each month. Siblings are welcome as well as special needs children. Contact Renee for an information/application packet if you are new to PNO. Reservations to utilize this ministry is required at least 1 week in advance to assure adequate staffing can be provided. April PNO will meet 1 week earlier - on April 7th.

    September 2016 Young Family Play Day

    4 p.m.— 7 p.m.

    Families with at least one child under 7 are invited to our Young Family Play Day on September 10th from 4-7pm at the Warehouse. There will be inflatables for older kids and a soft play area for toddlers and crawlers. Pizza, juice boxes and water will be provided, please bring a side dish to share. Feel free to add a dessert if you would like!

    9 a.m.

    Our Sunday morning groups are an opportunity to learn and fellowship together with a smaller group of people from various life stages. Each group is taught by a member of our pastoral team.

    U-Turn

    9:45 a.m.— 11 a.m.

    U-turn is the Sunday morning middle school gathering which takes place in the lower level of the Commons, room B020, during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.

    Mission Kids Orientation

    11 a.m.— 12:30 p.m.

    We will have Mission Kids Orientation in B007/B008 on Sunday, September 11th at 11:00am. Brunch food will be provided. All workers are encouraged to attend.

    Cancer Support Group

    11:15 a.m.— 12:15 p.m.

    The Cancer Support Group is a monthly care group for people whose lives have been affected by cancer. Meetings consist of a time of encouragement, sharing and prayer. Refreshments are provided. The Cancer Support Group is free and open to the public.

    Single Moms' 2016 Fall Kick-off Picnic

    12:45 p.m.— 3 p.m.

    All single moms' and their children are invited to a fall kick-off picnic at Timberlake Park. Food and beverages will be provided. There is no cost to attend but, please RSVP to Theresa at 216-659-7324.

    Missions Prayer Time

    5 p.m.— 5:45 p.m.

    A weekly prayer meeting is held on Sunday evenings from 5-5:45 pm. Each week focuses on a different missionary family or missionary partner. Come join us as we partner with our missionaries by praying regularly for them.

    All men are invited to our Monday Evening Bible Studies that meet in The Venue from 7-9pm. We will be studying Romans. We meet in the Venue from 7-8pm for a large group teaching time and then break into small groups for discussion, prayer and fellowship from 8-9pm. Refreshments are available at each study. You can register on-line or the first evening you attend study. Cost is $10 for the study and an additional $5 if you would like a notebook.

    Preschool Story Time

    11 a.m.— noon

    For ages 2 1/2 to 5 years old we offer Preschool Story Time at 11:00 am on the main level of the children's wing. Invite a friend and their little ones to enjoy great stories and fellowship for the children as well as the moms/caregivers.
