    Play Groups

    10 a.m.— 11:30 a.m.

    For ages birth - 5 years old, we offer play groups on the main floor of the children's wing. It's a great opportunity for children to get out of the house and play with other children their age and for Mom or their caregiver to get out and have fellowship with other Moms/caregivers as they play with the children. Bring a lunch for yourself and your children to enjoy afterward in room C147.

    Powerhouse Groups

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Powerhouse Groups are the small group portion of the middle school ministry split up by gender and grade. Powerhouse groups meet in local area homes in place of Club JV on the first Tuesday of every month September 2016 through June 2017.

    Transit Young Adults Group

    7:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    Parkside's Transit ministry is designed for young adults, single or married, ages 22-35. We offer a smaller-scale, mid-week, age-targeted contemporary worship event on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm, at the Loft.

    Single Moms 2017 Spring Session

    6:30 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.

    All single moms are invited to join our spring 2017 care group. The group will meet every Thursday evening for five weeks and will use the book/DVD series titled, "21 Principles of a Healthy Single Mom" by Lori Little. Each week is self-contained so you may join at any time.

    Student Life Groups are the small group portion of the high school ministry split up by gender and grade. Student Life Groups meet in local area homes in place of Student Impact on the first Thursday of every month.

    GEO Kidz Meeting

    7 p.m.— 8:15 p.m.

    GEO Kidz is our mid-week children's ministry for girls and boys in grades 1-5. GEO Kidz maintains a focus on personal Christian growth, friendship, service outreach and evangelism as we seek to see unbelieving children become committed followers of Jesus Christ.

    Grieving With Hope Spring Care Group 2017

    7 p.m.— 9 p.m.

    If you are grieving the loss of a loved one and would welcome help from the Bible and the warm encouragement of others in similar circumstances, join us for an eight-week care group. There is no cost to attend.

    7 p.m.

    Join the ladies of Transit for a night of worship, prayer, conversation, encouragement and food on Friday May 5 at 7:00pm at The Loft. Invite the women in your life and let's soak up some Truth, refresh one another, and be refreshed!

    VBC Saturday Morning Skit Rehearsal

    9 a.m.

    Our Sunday morning groups are an opportunity to learn and fellowship together with a smaller group of people from various life stages. Each group is taught by a member of our pastoral team.

    9:45 a.m.— 11 a.m.

    U-turn is the Sunday morning middle school gathering which takes place in the lower level of the Commons, room B020, during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.

    Cancer Support Group

    11:15 a.m.— 12:15 p.m.

    Cancer Support is open to anyone whose life has been affected by the painful circumstances of cancer. Meetings are a time of encouragement, fellowship and prayer.

    Sunday Morning skit rehearsals will be 4/23, 5/7 and 5/28/17 at 11:15am in room B020.

    Missions Prayer Time

    5 p.m.— 5:45 p.m.

    A weekly prayer meeting is held on Sunday evenings from 5-5:45 pm. Each week focuses on a different missionary family or missionary partner. Come join us as we partner with our missionaries by praying regularly for them.

    Parents' Night Out

    We offer respite care for families of children with special needs on the 2nd Friday of each month. Siblings are welcome as well as special needs children. Contact Renee for an information/application packet if you are new to PNO. Reservations to utilize this ministry is required at least 1 week in advance to assure adequate staffing can be provided.
