If your life or that of a loved one has been touched by cancer, please join us for a time of sharing, encouragement and prayer. Cancer Support Group meetings are free and open to the public.

Missions Prayer Time
5 p.m.— 5:45 p.m.
A weekly prayer meeting is held on Sunday evenings from 5-5:45 pm. Each week focuses on a different missionary family or missionary partner. Come join us as we partner with our missionaries by praying regularly for them.

Mission Kids is our Sunday evening study for kids while parents worship in the auditorium.

Men's 2018 Golf Classic
8:15 a.m.— 4 p.m.
The annual Men's Golf Classic will be held at Boulder Creek Golf Club in Streetsboro with registration/check-in at 8:15am and tee off time at 9:30am. Registration is on-line or you can pick up a registration/brochure at any information desk and turn it in to the church office. Cost is $85 per player. A steak luncheon will be served at the end of play along with prizes according to the day's play. There will also be coffee and donuts at check-in and snacks and beverages on the course included in the registration fee.

Widows Autumn Gathering
6:30 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.
Parkside has begun a new ministry specifically for widows. The group will hold an eight-week session on Monday evenings, and will study the widows of the Bible. Materials are provided. There is no cost to attend.

Play Groups
10 a.m.— 11:30 a.m.
Play groups is for children from birth to 5 years of age and their Moms or caregiver. It is offered on the main level of the children's wing on a bi-weekly basis from 10am - 11:30am. We encourage you to bring your child(ren) for a time of play with other children as they interact with each other and you for a great time of bonding with your child and fellowship with other adults at the same time. Your children will have a blast and we encourage you to invite a friend and their child to join you.

Large midweek gathering for middle school students at The Warehouse. Doors open at 5:30pm for time to hang out before SI starts at 7:00.

The Career Connections team will follow the workshop on October 6 with five targeted sessions. No cost or registration necessary. If you missed the workshop, you can still attend these sessions.

Transit Young Adults Group
7:30 p.m.— 9 p.m.
Parkside's Transit ministry is designed for young adults, single or married, ages 22-35. We offer a smaller-scale, mid-week, age-targeted contemporary worship event on Wednesday evenings, 7:30pm, at the Loft.

Single Moms Fall 2018 Care Group
6:30 p.m.— 8:30 p.m.
Our Single Moms care group will meet every Thursday evening for eight weeks in Room A210 at 6:30 pm and will use the book/DVD series titled, "Single & Parenting". Each week is self-contained so you may join at any time. There is no cost to attend and childcare is available. This is a group for single moms of any age or circumstance.

If you are grieving the loss of a loved one and would welcome help from the Bible and the warm encouragement of others in similar circumstances, join us for an eight-week care group.

Dealing with Divorce Fall 2018 Care Group
7 p.m.— 9 p.m.
Our Dealing with Divorce ministry seeks to provide care for individuals who are going through or have been through divorce and who are looking for practical help from the Bible and the warm encouragement of others in similar situations. The care group is also open to those who would like to help a friend or family member who is going through divorce.

October 2018 Young Family Play Day
4 p.m.— 7 p.m.
Families with at least one child under 7 are invited to our Young Family Play Day on October 13th from 4-7pm at the Warehouse. There will be inflatables for older kids and a soft play area for toddlers and crawlers. Pizza, juice boxes and water will be provided, please bring a side dish to share. Feel free to add a dessert if you would like!

Sunday Morning Groups

Our Sunday morning groups are an opportunity to learn and fellowship together with a smaller group of people from various life stages. Each group is taught by a member of our pastoral team.

Children's Music Ministry
9 a.m.— 9:30 a.m.
Our children's music ministry meets every Sunday morning at 9am in room C001 and practices their music for 30 minutes. This is open to all children who would like to sing in the children's choir from age 4 through 5 grade. Reading ability helpful but not required.

Middle School Life Group is the Sunday morning gathering which takes place in the lower level of the Commons Room B020-B021, during the 9:45am service. Our time together is centered on the teaching of the Bible, accompanied by hanging out and some brief announcements.
